Do I need to have all the boxes ready?

Ideally yes: assembly goes fastest when everything is on site and unopened boxes are staged in the right rooms. If a delivery is split, mention it and the pro can plan two visits or wait for the full shipment.

Can they anchor furniture to the wall?

Yes, and for tall wardrobes, dressers, and bookcases they should. Mention wall-anchoring in your request so the pro brings the right hardware for your wall type.

What if parts are missing or damaged?

It happens with flat-pack. The pro can usually identify the missing part number on the spot so you can order it from the manufacturer, and either work around it or return to finish. Neither you nor the pro pays for the manufacturer's mistake.

Is this free?

Yes. Requesting quotes costs you nothing and carries no obligation. You choose whether to hire anyone.

Who receives my information?
